I am new to the club and I am sending a photo of my car along with a little info about the car. My car is a 1988 Formula and it is a beauty. It has been my dream to obtain another Firebird since I lost my old 1984 Trans Am (white) years ago, due to major engine problems, and lack of funds to fix. I had my eye on this 1988 for quite sometime and drove by it everyday to work. Only problem is I was lied to about its condition as it needed some engine work, and some other minor under the hood problems. The lights were not in working order, but that has been fixed. The hydraulic arms under the hood were shot but now have also been replaced. The interior is in great original condition but it has a lot of miles, 176,000 to be exact. I am looking to have the heads redone later this year. This hopefully that will be the answer to the smoke problem. I am hoping to have the car on the road later this year.
