2000 Trans Am WS6 by
Joe Ochal Jr. T his picture was taken at the 18th Annual Trans Am Nationals, Dayton Ohio after my son and I cleaned her up from the rainy ride out to Ohio from New Jersey. My son BJ and I had a wonderful time and met a lot of fine people. It was a great place to bond and talk man to man before his last year in high school. We plan on making it an annual event.2000 Trans Am WS6 Automatic with every option except the CD player option. We named her Patty since she was picked up on St. Patrick’s Day 2000. I wanted a Firebird since 1970 when I returned from Nam and I tried to buy one a few times but I could not get a sales man to return and talk once my wife asked: "how do you attach the car seat"? Once the salesperson heard that question, they never came back. After 30 year, my love of my life just said; go get her while you can still get in and out. We have a great time driving and watching the people turn their heads. It was well worth the wait and the getting in is well worth the ride.
